Alpine elegance, for a century
Megève is like no other: it was here that France created its elegant resort, in the 1920s, and the village has never lost that bearing.
A pedestrian heart with cobbled streets, horse-drawn carriages, façades that have preserved the scale of the original village: Megève remains a village before it is a resort. People come to ski, certainly, but above all for a certain idea of the mountains: refined, indulgent, dressed with care.
Our chalets and apartments for rent are chosen for this same sense of proportion: the right distance from the centre, views towards the Aravis or Mont Blanc, and that art of hospitality that defines great houses.
Two seasons, one way of life
Winter
Skiing is savoured between Rochebrune and Mont d’Arbois, long lunches at altitude are the norm, and the village glows as afternoon fades. It is the season for grand gatherings at the chalet.
Summer
Golf at Mont d’Arbois, the pastures of Jaillet, markets and terraces: Megève in summer is discreet and gentle. Great houses open their gardens, and Mont Blanc remains on the horizon.
Renting in Megève: what you ask us
Which neighbourhood should you choose in Megève?
The pedestrian centre for everything within walking distance, Mont d’Arbois for large chalets near the golf course and slopes, Rochebrune for skiers, Jaillet and Demi-Quartier for peace and views. We advise based on how you wish to experience your stay.
Is Megève enjoyable without skiing?
It is in fact its great strength: a pedestrian village, horse-drawn carriages, spas, gastronomy, boutiques. Many of our guests never put on skis.
How does booking work?
Stays run Saturday to Saturday, current calendar on each property page, online request then confirmation by our team before any payment is taken. Booking is direct, with no intermediaries.
Can you find a chalet for a large family?
Yes, our Megève selection includes chalets sleeping up to 10 people and more, often with spa or sauna. For larger groups, our team can arrange off-market properties.
