The site presents the collection of chalets, villas and apartments offered for rental by AEC Collection, and allows you to send us reservation requests, information requests or valuations. The booking of a property is governed by our general terms and conditions of sale.

2. Access to the site

The site is freely accessible to anyone with internet access. We endeavour to ensure its permanent availability, but cannot guarantee it: access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or for reasons beyond our control.

3. Client account

Creating an account allows you to save your favourites, view your selection and track your enquiries and stays. You undertake to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to keep your login details confidential. Any activity conducted from your account is deemed to have been carried out by you. You may request deletion of your account at any time from our team.

4. Content, availability and prices

We take the greatest care to ensure the accuracy of published information. Photographs and descriptions are provided for guidance only and are not contractual in nature. Availability calendars are updated regularly; they remain indicative until an agent has confirmed your request. Final prices are confirmed when the quotation is issued.

5. Bespoke search (AI Finder)

The site offers a search tool assisted by artificial intelligence. The suggestions it produces are indicative and do not constitute an offer or confirmation of availability: they are always verified by our team. You undertake to use it reasonably and in accordance with its purpose; we reserve the right to restrict access temporarily in the event of misuse.

6. Intellectual property

All elements of the site (texts, photographs, logo, graphic design, property database) are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or reuse, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation from AEC Collection is prohibited.

7. Personal data and cookies

The processing of your personal data is described in our privacy policy. The use of trackers is described in our cookie conditions.

8. Liability

AEC Collection cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from the use of the site, an interruption of access or the presence of links to third-party websites whose content we do not control. You are responsible for the use you make of the information consulted.
