Every property in our collection is known by our teams or our local partners. We also know the resorts and regions: restaurants, activities, ski instructors, as well as rentals and properties with our partners.
Tailored search
Over 2,100 properties in our collection, across the Alps, the French Riviera, Provence, Corsica and Switzerland. Some exclusively through AEC, others through collaboration with our local partners. We systematically propose a focused selection, precisely matched to the request, with photographs and details.
Simplified contact
Direct contact by telephone or WhatsApp. Fast response, often at weekends if your client requires it. We relay specific requests to our local partners, with the same rigour as for property selection.
Structured partnership
Collaboration model defined with you during the first discussion, adapted to the volume and nature of the relationship. Shared documentation for your client presentations. Invoicing can be direct via your company or recharged to your client, according to your preference. Confidentiality is respected.
How we work together
You brief us
An email, a WhatsApp, a call. You describe your client to us: destination, dates, capacity, budget, specific constraints.
We select
Quickly, we are able to provide three to five properties that match your request precisely, with availability confirmed.
You present
We provide you with detailed sheets, HD photographs and videos that you pass on to your client. You remain the sole point of contact.
We execute
Booking, contract, management of specific requests, stay follow-up. You are informed at every step without needing to intervene.

Questions we’re often asked
How is our collaboration structured?
Each partnership is aligned during a first discussion. Expected volume, exclusivity, invoicing format: we set the framework according to your needs and the nature of the relationship.
Can I invoice my client directly?
Yes, two models are possible: direct invoicing via your company with recharged amounts to your client, or invoicing by AEC with commission payable to your company. You choose the format that preserves your commercial relationship.
Are all your properties exclusive?
Part of our collection is exclusively through AEC, not found on competing platforms. The rest is available through our local partners, on preferential terms.
How quickly do you respond?
Quickly during the week on initial selection, and at weekends if your client requires it. Our team is reachable by direct telephone and WhatsApp for urgent requests.
Will the owner contact my client directly?
No. All communication passes through you. We respect the relationship you have built with your client, and we never intervene directly without your explicit consent.
What happens in the event of cancellation or amendment?
Conditions depend on the property and the timeframe. We systematically negotiate with the owner when the situation allows, and we inform you immediately of any development. Transparency is our rule.
Do you work across all seasons?
Yes, winter and summer, standard weeks or short stays out of season. Our teams are active all year round, with particular activity around French school holidays and festive periods.
