Two plans tailored to your needs
ADAR Plan
Up to €15,000 of rental feesFor standard seasonal rentals, in France or Europe.
What it covers
- Cancellation or interruption of stay (illness, accident, administrative notice, property damage, etc.)
- Landlord’s liability insurance for properties located in France
- Search and rescue costs at sea or in the mountains
Subscription conditions
- Within 10 days of booking or payment of deposit
- At least 96 hours before the start of your stay
- Maximum stay of 90 days
ADAR Prestige Plan
Up to €50,000 of rental feesFor luxury rentals, with enhanced coverage.
What it covers
- Cancellation or interruption of stay for numerous reasons
- Extended landlord’s liability insurance (up to €500,000)
- Damage to the owner’s moveable and immoveable property (up to €15,000)
Subscription conditions
- Within 10 days of signature or payment (beyond that: 7-day waiting period, except for liability)
- For properties located in France only
- Be in good health at the time of subscription, with no hospitalisation in the last 6 months
