Two plans to suit your needs
ADAR Plan
Up to €15,000 in rental chargesFor standard seasonal lettings in France or Europe.
What it covers
- Cancellation or interruption of stay (illness, accident, administrative summons, domestic damage, etc.)
- Tenant liability insurance for properties in France
- Search and rescue costs at sea or in the mountains
Underwriting conditions
- Within 10 days of booking or deposit payment
- At least 96 hours before the start of your stay
- Maximum stay of 90 days
ADAR Prestige Plan
Up to €50,000 in rental chargesFor luxury lettings with enhanced protection.
What it covers
- Cancellation or interruption of stay for many reasons
- Extended tenant liability insurance (up to €500,000)
- Damage to owner’s moveable and immoveable property (up to €15,000)
Underwriting conditions
- Within 10 days of signature or payment (beyond: 7-day waiting period applies, except for liability insurance)
- For properties in France only
- Good health at underwriting with no hospitalisation in the past 6 months
