6 bedroom chalet with a swimming pool in Courchevel

In the sought-after Cospillot neighbourhood in Courchevel 1850, this chalet benefits from a privileged location: the slopes and ski lift are 150m away, the ski school is 450m away and the resort centre is 350m away. This makes it possible to organise ski days without constraint and to reach the village activities easily in the evening.

The architecture in light wood gives the whole property a sober and warm appearance, with south and east exposure to benefit from light for much of the day. The living room opens widely onto the surrounding peaks, and the central fireplace invites gatherings around the fire once snow has fallen. A bar and audio system accompany evenings with those close to you.

The 6 double bedrooms, including a master bedroom with dressing room, are spread across the different levels of the 450m2 of living space. Each has its own bathroom, and most open onto a private terrace. Safes and storage complete this layout designed so that each person has their own space.

The chalet reserves an entire level to wellness, with indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness room and massage room, allowing recovery after a day on the slopes. A private cinema extends evenings, whilst the laundry room and boot warmer facilitate daily life during a mountain stay.

With a capacity of 12 people, this chalet suits an extended family or a group of friends seeking a comfortable and well-equipped stay. Included breakfast and careful welcome on arrival, including champagne and welcome basket, set the tone for an attentive stay.
