On the fourth floor, section B, the apartment opens onto a large south-south-east facing balcony, flooded with light for much of the day. The living room adopts a chalet style with its decorative fireplace, its fur-covered sofa and its wooden furniture that create a warm atmosphere upon return from the slopes. The equipped open-plan kitchen, with oven, dishwasher and ceramic hob, remains open to this living space.

The 66m2 is divided into 3 bedrooms, accommodating up to 6 people: 2 single beds in one, a double bed in another, a set of bunk beds in the third. A bathroom with bathtub, separate WC and a shower room complete the setup, practical for a group taking turns in the morning.

The building, secured by keycode and caretaker, serves the floors by lift and provides disabled access and a pool, sauna and hammam area to relax after skiing. A closed ski locker on the ground floor, wifi and a washer dryer in the apartment complete daily comfort, although no car parking is provided on site.

This format suits a family or a group of friends coming to ski, between evenings by the fire and early morning departures to slopes within a few minutes on foot.
