8-person ski-in chalet in Val d'Isère

In the heart of the Praz de la Legetaz area, this chalet occupies the top floor of a recently renovated apartment building along the Solaise slopes. Direct access via the M slope allows you to put on skis without detour, and the free shuttle stops 50 metres away to reach the village centre or the main lifts, located approximately 700 metres away.

Access to the apartment is by lift to the top of the residence. The 130m2 duplex opens onto a wide south and west facing balcony with unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains. The late afternoon light enters at length, reaching into the living room.

The ground floor contains a warm living room organised around a fireplace with insert and an open kitchen designed for entertaining, equipped with raclette and fondue appliances for winter evenings. The materials and decoration cultivate a careful mountain style, combining wood, oil paintings and selected decorative objects.

On the upper floor, a double bedroom enjoys the same south and west orientation, whilst the other bedrooms are tucked under the roof slopes, one with 2 single beds in an alcove. Facilities are distributed over the 2 levels, with a bathroom equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer for self sufficiency during your stay.
