8-person chalet with swimming pool in Val d'Isère

On Avenue du Prariond, in keeping with the old village of Val d’Isère, this recently renovated chalet is a short walk from the shops, restaurants and ski hire shops. The slopes and ski lifts are accessible 150 metres away, and the free station shuttle stops fifty metres from the door. A heated ski locker, equipped with a boot warmer, is available on the ground floor.

On the first floor, the apartment opens on to a vast open-plan living space where the American kitchen, fitted with a bar and wine store, connects to the sitting room and its dining area. The fireplace, supplied with firewood, warms evenings after skiing, whilst the south-facing balcony offers a clear view over the mountain. The generous volumes and natural light give the whole a character that is both traditional and comfortable.

The master bedroom, facing north and also furnished with a balcony, has a double bed, a television and a spacious bathroom with two wash basins, a shower and separate toilet. Two further bedrooms, also facing north, complete the floor with their own shower rooms, and a cabin bedroom facing south, more intimate, is suited to a couple or a child. The whole spreads over 156m2 and can accommodate up to 8 people in well-separated spaces.
