At Val-d’Isère, this chalet is located in the preserved neighbourhood of Praz de la Legetaz, a sector recognised for its prestigious chalets and tranquillity, away from the village centre. Piste M serves directly the foot of the building, whilst a free shuttle links the resort centre and the lifts at 700 metres, an appreciable asset at the end of a day’s skiing.

On the 3rd floor of a residence renovated in 2025 and served by lift, the apartment opens onto a large balcony facing south and west, a natural extension of the living room in fine weather. The hall secured by keypad entry and the ski room equipped with boot warmers simplify comings and goings with equipment.
