Perched on the hillside overlooking Morzine, just beneath the Super Morzine cable car cables, this chalet benefits from a viewpoint that extends to the Pleney slopes and the valley. The village centre, with its shops and restaurants, is reached in 10 minutes on foot, and access to the Avoriaz slopes is direct from the other side of the neighbouring footbridge.

The living spaces are organised around large windows that frame the landscape and allow southern light to enter all day long. The sitting room, warmed by a fireplace and equipped with an audio system, opens onto an external terrace where guests often linger after a day of skiing. The integrated bar gives this space the feel of a separate place, designed for evening gatherings.
