On the heights of Val d’Isère, in the preserved area of Praz de la Legetaz, this traditionally built chalet contains only four apartments and values discretion. Manchet valley, with its cross-country ski runs and footpaths, is within immediate reach, whilst shops are a few minutes’ walk away and a free shuttle serves the resort just near the building.

The apartment occupies the top floor of the residence and spans 3 levels, with a large south-west facing balcony and a living room that runs south to north and benefits from good natural light. The cathedral-style living space, with its fireplace fuelled by supplied firewood, opens onto a fully equipped kitchen, in a volume that suits both evenings with friends and quiet moments after a day on the slopes.

On the ground floor, the ski room with boot dryer and storage precedes a sauna fitted for 3 people, ideal for easing tired legs after a day on the ski area. The bedrooms are distributed between this floor and the upper level, some with access to a balcony or good ceiling height, with en-suite bathrooms that minimise movement in the mornings. A mezzanine fitted out as an office area completes the property.
