12-person chalet with pool in Val d'Isère

At Val d’Isère, this chalet is located in a quiet area where characterful properties are grouped together, 500 metres from the main ski lifts and village shops. The architecture stands apart from the traditional codes of the resort: clean lines, large windows and a resolutely contemporary form that announces, from arrival, a mountain stay conceived differently.

A lift connects the 4 levels of this 355m2 chalet, with the ground floor concentrating the wellness space. It features a heated ski room with boot warmers, a spa pool, a jacuzzi and a hammam, supplemented by a massage room and a relaxation lounge extended by a bar. This is an entire level dedicated to recovery, before or after the slopes.

The bedrooms are distributed across the floors, each with its own en-suite shower or bath: four on the first level, including one with bunk beds designed for children, and a master bedroom on the top floor, opening onto its own private terrace. This layout allows each person to find their space while enjoying shared common areas.

The main living room, on the second level, is distinguished by its vaulted ceiling, fireplace and bar which give the space a singular character. The separate and fully equipped kitchen opens onto this living space, whilst a south-east facing sunny terrace invites you to extend meals or evenings outside.

With a capacity of 12 people, this chalet is suitable for a large group of friends or several families wishing to share a mountain stay without forgoing each person’s privacy. The immediate proximity of the slopes and shops makes getting around easy, between days of skiing and evenings by the fire.
