12-person chalet with swimming pool in Val d'Isère

This independent chalet is located on the main street of Val-d’Isère, within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the free shuttle serving the resort. The slopes and ski lifts are accessible on foot, as is the river that runs through the village. From inside, views open onto the bell tower of the baroque church of the old village and onto the Bellevarde slope.

Access is via the first floor, where a large hall accommodates skis thanks to a heated boot room. A covered garage for two vehicles completes this access, practical at the end of a day on the slopes. The 350m2 chalet is spread over 4 levels, between old wood and stone, in a pronounced alpine spirit.

On the top floor, the living room opens under high timber framing, lit by large bay windows and warmed by a fireplace where wood is provided. An open mezzanine overlooks this space and houses an additional bedroom, while a more intimate lounge area is reserved for the younger members. The spacious kitchen has a gas cooker and an oven, suitable for preparing a meal for the whole group.

On the lower level, a heated swimming pool of approximately 22m2 and a hammam offer a moment of relaxation after skiing. The bedrooms, distributed across the floors, each have an open shower space and separate toilets, some with a balcony overlooking the valley.

This chalet is suitable for a group or extended family of up to 12 people, wishing to enjoy a traditional interior with wellness facilities. The property does not accept animals and is non-smoking.
