10-person chalet with swimming pool in Morzine

On the heights of Morzine, beneath the Super Morzine lifts, this chalet overlooks the valley with clear views of the town and surrounding peaks. The centre, its restaurants and shops are reached in 10 minutes on foot, whilst the nearby footbridge leads directly to the Avoriaz slopes. A further 5 minute walk, even in ski boots, brings you to the Morzine-Les Gets domain via the Pleney.

From the entrance, a lift serves the different levels of the chalet, starting with a fully equipped fitness room. At the heart of the house, a cinema room accommodates up to 12 people around a cocktail bar installed along the length of the back wall, for film evenings or extended aperitifs.

The bedrooms are spread over 2 floors. Four of them each have a private bathroom and a balcony offering clear views over the valley, whilst a bunk bedroom, also with its own bathroom, can accommodate 4 people. On the top level, the open kitchen and salon in the mezzanine benefit from floor-to-ceiling glazing that frames the town and mountains.

A large wraparound balcony with dining table allows you to extend meals outdoors or end the day with a drink in hand, facing the sunset over the Pleney slopes. The landscaped garden completes this with a hot tub, a barrel sauna and an outdoor fireplace to warm up after skiing.

This chalet is perfectly suited to a group or extended family seeking both the tranquillity of a hillside location and immediate proximity to the village. It accommodates up to 10 adults and 2 children, in a setting designed for long evenings among friends as much as for days on the slopes.
