The apartment occupies the first floor of the duplex residence in inverted layout: the living spaces are on the upper floor, the bedrooms on the lower level. The living room opens onto a fully equipped kitchen and benefits from a fireplace with wood provided for winter evenings. A large south and west-facing terrace extends this level and accommodates an outdoor hot tub for 5 people, with an unobstructed view over the surrounding mountain ranges.
