Le Grand Paradis is a 220 m² chalet situated in Champagny en Vanoise, in the hamlet of Planay. It accommodates 10 guests across 5 levels and is located 700 m from the village centre, less than 200 m from the small supermarket and the communal shuttle stop. The property is in direct proximity to the ski slopes and Courchevel resort.

The chalet comprises 8 rooms distributed across its 5 levels, with a layout designed to accommodate large groups and families. The volumes increase in luminosity as one ascends through the house, from the lower levels to the upper floors.

Le Grand Paradis is equipped with a private sauna, a barbecue and an audio system. Two balconies complement the outdoor spaces, whilst a terrace above the roofline offers extensive south-facing views towards Courchevel and the Parc national de la Vanoise. Wheelchair access is available.

The house was entirely renovated in 2023-2024. The local stone walls, restored, are preserved as visible features in the rooms and corridors. The finishes combine noble materials (blonde stone tiles, timber flooring, marble in various hues for the bathrooms) and careful detailing. The chalet is open year-round, in winter, summer and shoulder seasons.

The hamlet of Planay benefits from a practical location: a few minutes from the village of Champagny, close to slope access and local amenities. The site offers generous south-facing exposure with views over the Parc national de la Vanoise.
