5 bedroom chalet with ski in ski out access in Courchevel 1650

At Courchevel 1650, this chalet benefits from a rare location, backed by the Belvédère forest and positioned facing the slopes that descend towards the 3 Vallées domain. The setting retains a wild character, far from the bustle, whilst remaining only minutes from the heart of the resort.

Ski-in ski-out access allows you to put on skis directly from the chalet and reach the slopes without detour, before returning at the end of the day to leave skis and boots in the dedicated ski room. Balconies and terraces extend the living spaces outdoors and offer an unobstructed view of the surrounding peaks.

On the lower level, a relaxation area brings together a hammam, sauna and shower, complemented by a massage room and a television corner designed for quiet evenings. The ground floor is organised around an open kitchen overlooking the living room and dining room, with an office space and a ski locker in direct access.

The 5 bedrooms are spread over the 2 upper levels, including two master suites with double basin, bathtub and shower, the others each having their own bathroom. Over 300m2, the layout of spaces leaves each person their privacy whilst keeping the common areas as a true meeting point.

This chalet suits an extended family or a group of friends coming to enjoy the slopes, with up to 10 people able to stay comfortably. The alternation between shared moments in the living room and more intimate retreats in the suites makes it suitable for both long ski weeks and stays between close friends.
