3 bedroom chalet with a swimming pool in courchevel

In Courchevel, in the heart of the northern Alps, this chalet benefits from its proximity to the slopes while offering a setting resolutely oriented towards forest and mountain. Large openings punctuating each level allow light to enter and reveal the surrounding landscape, creating constant continuity between the interior and the surrounding landscape.

Wood and stone respond to each other in every room, establishing an intimate and warm atmosphere. A central fireplace on the ground floor and a wood-burning stove on the upper floor reinforce this sense of refuge, particularly welcome on returning from a day on the slopes.

On the ground floor, the entrance leads to a practical ski room, a television lounge that can be converted into an additional bedroom, as well as two of the chalet’s bedrooms, each fitted with a dressing room with safe. On the upper floor, the open kitchen connects with the living room and dining room, whilst the third bedroom benefits from a bathroom with a spa bath. The 150m2 are distributed over 2 levels designed to preserve each person’s privacy whilst bringing all guests together around communal spaces.

The outdoor swimming pool, heated to 32°C and equipped with a counter-current system, invites relaxation at any time, whilst a cinema corner completes moments spent indoors. These two features give the stay a rhythm shared between open air and protected cocoon.

With its 3 bedrooms, this chalet suits a family or group of friends seeking a mountain stay where privacy takes precedence over bustle, without sacrificing the comfort of attentive service and spaces designed for gathering together.
