5 bedroom apartment with a sauna in Courchevel 1850

In the heart of the alpine garden of Courchevel 1850, this apartment occupies the ground floor of a new residence completed in 2024. The main slope is within walking distance and the cable car connecting this area to the town centre allows easy access to shops without getting back in the car.

Stone, wood and glass form a sober and careful decoration, enhanced by full south exposure that floods the living room with light. The fitted kitchen opens onto a living space equipped with an integrated sound system, with a table that can seat 10 guests for shared meals.

The bedrooms are spread over 2 levels, with the main bedroom distinguished by its double washbasin and dressing room, whilst the others each have their own bathroom, bringing the total to 5 bathrooms for individual comfort. A utility room and a ski room complete the lower level.

Outside, a terrace of 40m2 extends the living spaces and benefits from the calm of the mountain environment. The residence also offers a sauna and a hammam for relaxation on return from the slopes.

At 152m2 organised into 5 bedrooms, this property suits an extended family or a group of skier friends, up to 8 people, looking for a convenient and comfortable base close to the lifts.
