This apartment is in a small family building situated on a historic street in the old village of Val-d’Isère, away from the hustle but within a few steps of the shops. The position on the snow front allows you to put on your skis directly from the residence, 300m from the lifts, while a free shuttle serves the resort 150m away.

On the ground floor, a terrace of 40m2 facing due south and south-west opens direct access onto the snow and invites you to enjoy the sun as soon as you leave the slopes. This level contains several bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a wellness area equipped with a hammam with shower.
