8-person apartment, ski-in access at Val d'Isère

The apartment is situated on a historic street in the old village, on the snow front of Val d’Isère, 300 metres from the ski lifts. Shops, restaurants and ski rental agencies at the resort are 350 metres away, while a free shuttle serves a stop 150 metres from the residence. The street is quieter than the main thoroughfares and retains the character of the traditional chalets that border it.

The small family-owned building is secured by key code and contains only a few apartments with no lift. This duplex of 82m2 occupies the top floor, under the eaves, with full south-facing exposure that opens onto views of the slopes and the Bellevarde face. A ski locker awaits on the ground floor, a few steps from the entrance door.

The first level contains the bedrooms and bathrooms, while the living room occupies the entire second floor beneath beautiful exposed beams. The fireplace, supplied with wood, warms this space which opens widely onto the kitchen, where a Sonos system accompanies the evenings. A full south-facing balcony extends the living room and a second balcony serves one of the bedrooms.

The 4 bedrooms are divided between bunk beds, single beds and a double bed with its open shower room, completed by separate wc and a bathroom. This layout allows accommodation of up to 8 people in various configurations, suited equally to a family or a group of friends. Beds are made on arrival, household linen is provided and end of stay cleaning is included.
