Val d’Isère is found here at the foot of the Bellevarde forest, in a small residence completed in 2019. The slopes and the Bellevarde cable car are reached in a few minutes’ walk, and a free shuttle stops just opposite the building. The shops, restaurants and ski rental outlets of the village are less than 400 metres away.

On the second floor, the apartment opens onto an interior that combines contemporary decoration and Savoyard materials, with wood and stone echoing each other from room to room. The living room, fitted with a fireplace, connects to a fully equipped open kitchen, whilst a separate dining room offers a second space for meals. The balconies, facing south-east, reveal the village and the Solaise slopes.
