At the foot of the Bellevarde forest, this apartment occupies the first floor of a small new residence completed at the end of 2019 and containing only 8 units. The south-east facing balcony opens onto the village and the Solaise slopes. The ski lifts are reached in 500m, with the Bellevarde cable car being the closest, whilst the supermarket and shopping streets are 350m away. A free shuttle serves the resort directly opposite the building.

Inside, contemporary decoration dialogue with mountain architecture in wood and stone. The open kitchen opens directly onto a large living room where an insert fireplace crackles, with wood supplied, extended by an east-facing balcony where coffee or an aperitif can be taken.

The master bedroom, facing west, has a double bed and a bathroom with a spa bath and double sink. The two other bedrooms, also facing west, each have their own shower room, one with 2 single beds, the other with a double bed. This 100m2 apartment sleeps up to 6 people in comfortable and well-arranged volumes.

A ski locker with boot dryer and a garage for one vehicle complete the comfort of the stay, as does fibre optic wifi access. Pets are accepted and the whole lends itself equally well to family holidays or a stay with friends coming to enjoy the ski area.
