The building stands on the main avenue of Val d’Isère, among the hotels and façades that define the resort. You have immediate access to shops, restaurants and activities in the town centre, whilst remaining a short walk from the snow front. The free shuttle passes in the street and the Bellevarde and Solaise lifts are easily reached.

On the 3rd floor, the apartment opens onto a south-facing balcony where a sunlounger is readily installed in the late afternoon. The living room is warm and combines a sitting area around the television and a dining space, with an atmosphere of wood, furs and rugs. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a Nespresso coffee machine, allowing you to prepare meals without constraint.

2 bedrooms share the sleeping space: one with a king size bed, the other with a double bed and a bunk bed, which suits a family or a group of friends well. For facilities, a shower room and a bathroom are complemented by a private sauna for 2 people, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer on site.
