The apartment is located in the heart of the main shopping avenue of Val d’Isère, a short walk from the Tourist Office square. It benefits from the liveliness of the village centre, shops and restaurants, while remaining close to the ski front and the Bellevarde and Solaise ski lifts. A free shuttle serves the resort a few metres away, on the main street.

Situated on the third floor of a residence with a lift and digital entry, the 60m2 apartment opens onto a south-facing balcony that runs the full length of the living room. Views extend over the mountains and the old village, and two chaise longues placed under a heated parasol invite you to extend your evenings in the sun.

The living room takes a mountain approach with a bioethanol fireplace around which to gather in the evening, a Frame television and a Bang and Olufsen speaker. The open-plan kitchen, fully equipped down to the wine cooler and washer dryer, remains open to this warm living space with careful décor.

Upstairs, under the eaves, the master bedroom has a 160x200cm double bed, a dressing room and an open bathroom with a spa bath. On the ground floor, a second bedroom combines a 140x190cm double bed and a mezzanine bed, with its own adjoining shower room.
