In Morzine, this chalet occupies a private and elevated position, a few minutes by car from the centre. Experienced skiers reach the slopes on the Morzine side via a short section of easy off-piste skiing, and the nearest ski lift is located 250m away, less than one minute’s walk.

Entry is through a 15m underground tunnel connecting the garage to the heart of the chalet, an entrance that sets the tone for a building designed without constraint. A glazed atrium runs through the building from ground to ceiling, and sections of glass flooring allow natural light to circulate into the most intimate corners.

The living space is organised around a central fireplace and deep sofas, with a library corner for quieter moments. Dining takes place on a floating mezzanine with views over the valley, and the fully glazed bar mezzanine opens onto a large balcony facing the mountains.
