A 4×4 caterpillar track vehicle placed at the owner’s disposal makes departures for skiing or hiking easier, a real asset when staying at altitude.

The living space is organised around a fireplace supplied with wood, with sofas and internet connection for après-ski evenings. The kitchen, modern and generously equipped with two refrigerators and two dishwashers, allows entertaining without constraint for group mountain meals.

The 5 bedrooms are spread over 3 levels, including a large dormitory that can accommodate up to 9 single beds and one double bed, completed with a games room and a full south-facing balcony, a space designed for children and teenagers. The rest of the house remains calm for adults.
