The villa is located two hours and fifteen minutes from Athens airport and fifteen minutes from Porto Heli port, accessible by scenic road or boat.

Each of the five bedrooms has a private bathroom and direct access to private terraces. The main suite, on the top floor, offers panoramic views over the bay. The villa can accommodate up to nine people. Discreet kitchenettes are fitted on the upper floor for added convenience.
