At Les Gets, this chalet is situated just a few metres from the Bruyère blue run, in the Chavannes area. The Chavannes Express chairlift, accessible by a short descent, opens directly onto the Morzine-Les Gets ski domain, while the village centre remains a few minutes’ drive away.

The ground floor comprises a changing room with boot heater, an equipped fitness room and a TV lounge with billiards, designed as a relaxation space on return from the slopes. On the upper floor, a large landing serves the double bedrooms, each with private bathroom and opening onto a shared balcony offering views over the village and Mont Chéry, particularly pleasant in the late afternoon.

The next level is organised around an open living space: equipped kitchen, table seating ten guests and lounge with fireplace, extended by a wooden terrace where a hot tub allows observation of skiers on the adjacent run. At the top, a master suite occupies the entire floor, with dressing room, rainfall shower room and a freestanding copper bath positioned facing windows with mountain views.
