Four-bedroom ski-in ski-out chalet in Chamonix

Eight minutes on foot from the centre of Chamonix, this semi-detached chalet is part of a small hamlet of three properties to share. The bus stop and railway station are very close by, a 3 minute walk away. You are both at a distance from the bustling heart of the resort and from tourist traffic: close enough to enjoy the bars and restaurants, far enough to return to peace and quiet.

The ground floor has 3 of the 4 double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, arranged around a practical space where the laundry room and direct access to the garage are located. On the first floor, the fourth bedroom is next to a large open-plan living room with full-height ceilings, whose fully equipped kitchen, dining area and reading space form a single room flooded with light. A central fireplace creates the atmosphere for evenings. The balcony that runs along these spaces offers a panoramic view of Mont-Blanc and Aiguille du Midi.

In the basement, the outdoor hot tub and furnished terrace extend the comfort of your stay. An outdoor dining table and barbecue allow you to make the most of sunny days. The hamlet also has a shared garage, an entertainment room and a communal spa area.

This chalet is suitable for large families or groups of friends: the layout across 2 levels respects each person’s privacy, whilst the communal spaces on the ground floor and first floor create the conditions to gather together.
