The chalet is located in Venosc, a village nestled at the foot of the Deux Alpes ski domain, a short walk from the tourist office where the cable car departs to reach the slopes. The place retains the atmosphere of a mountain village, away from the bustle of large resorts, whilst maintaining direct access to the skiable terrain. In winter, skiing, sledging, snowshoeing and dog sledding are within reach, and fine weather opens the way to snow mountain biking or ski touring.

Spread over 3 levels, the chalet offers 130m2 arranged around a living room where a wood-burning stove stands, extended by a dining room and an equipped kitchen with a raclette appliance. The terrace welcomes a hot tub, ideal for relaxing at the end of the day facing the mountains. A mountain corner with a bunk bed completes the living spaces, designed for children or impromptu short stays.

The 4 bedrooms are distributed between the first and second floors. The two first, on the 1st floor, share a common bathroom with WC, whilst the two on the 2nd floor each have their own shower and private toilets, one even benefiting from a balcony.
