The master suite offers a double bed with bath and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has twin beds or a king-size bed with shower room. The third bedroom combines twin beds or king-size bed and access to a family bathroom with bath and separate shower. The fourth bedroom, ideal for children, includes a double bed (or twin beds) and 2 wide bunk beds with private shower room. Each bedroom has air conditioning, smart television, electric shutters and Wi-Fi.

The villa has a swimming pool of 14 by 4 metres, flat bottom at 1.40 metres depth, fitted with electric cover, with 8 sun loungers, parasols and attached bar table. A jacuzzi situated under the olive trees completes the outdoor wellness area. The indoor wellness area comprises a sauna and massage room (day bed available on request). The covered terrace has an equipped summer kitchen (induction hob, refrigerator, plancha, barbecue, outdoor shower) and a cinema projector for open-air films.
