3 bedroom apartment with a sauna in Courchevel

In Courchevel, this apartment occupies the fourth floor of a residence served by a lift. The balcony opens onto the surrounding peaks and extends the living room naturally towards the outside.

The L-shaped layout organises the sleeping and living spaces without mixing them. The main bedroom is generous and distinguished from the other two by its proportions, while the third offers 2 single beds that can be transformed into a double bed on request; each has its own bathroom.

The living room is generously lit and combines a seating area with a television and a wood burning stove with a fully equipped kitchen organised around a central island. The dining area settles naturally nearby, forming an open and convivial ensemble. A sauna and jacuzzi complete the interior comfort, whilst a bar and a terrace offer other places to relax.

With its 124m2 spread over 3 bedrooms, this accommodation suits a family or a group of friends seeking a mountain stay where everyone finds their own space, between evenings by the fire and relaxed returns from the day on the balcony.
