In Chamonix, at the foot of the Mont-Blanc massif, this 110m2 apartment opens onto a resolutely alpine way of life. From the entrance, the living room sets the tone with its wood-burning stove that radiates enveloping warmth after a day spent in the mountains. Light and wood clothe the shared spaces in an atmosphere that is both simple and welcoming.

The adjoining dining room invites shared meals, whilst the open kitchen, fully equipped, allows cooking without ever isolating from the rest of the group. A balcony and garden space extend these living areas to the outside, offering a quiet corner to enjoy the valley air between outings.

The 3 bedrooms, distributed to preserve each person’s privacy, each have their own bathroom. Two of them are furnished with twin beds and the third with a double bed, a configuration that suits both a family and a group of friends gathered for the season.

Daily life is simplified by a practical ski room for the winter season, a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a private parking space. The whole, designed for up to 6 people, lends itself to active stays, between days on the slopes and evenings spent by the fire.
