1-Bedroom Chalet in Valloire

The chalet is located in the heart of the hamlet of l’Archaz, in Valloire, on the higher ground of the resort. The elevated position offers a clear view over the Massif de Poingt Ravier, and in summer, the departure points for walking trails are directly from the chalet’s surroundings.

Entry is at ground floor level through a space equipped for storing and drying ski boots, valuable after a day on the slopes. The living space that follows brings together lounge, dining area and fully fitted kitchen, open and bright, with direct access to a balcony of 8m2. A ski room allows access to the Edelweiss slope without passing back through the interior.

The bedrooms are spread over the 2 lower levels, numbering 5 in total, each served by one of the chalet’s 3 bathrooms. The lowest level opens onto the garden and has its own laundry room, while the intermediate level houses the cinema room, designed for group evenings.

With its capacity of 12 people, this chalet lends itself to a stay between families or friends wishing to enjoy the slopes together during the day and convivial shared living in the evening.
