1 bedroom villa with a swimming pool in Calvi

In Calvi, northern Corsica, this single-storey detached villa sits within a 1000m2 garden where every room opens onto the outside. The private pool, surrounded by sun loungers, occupies the heart of this green space, with views that vary by location over the park or the mountain.

Inside, the fully equipped kitchen opens directly onto the living room and gives direct access to the terrace. The 50m2 living space, flooded with light, combines a dining table and a lounge area with sofas and television, designed to extend peaceful days.

The bedroom has its own bathroom with bath or shower, a dressing room and a television, completed by a hairdryer and welcome products. The spaces have been designed to ease movement, with a wide opening bathroom and a walk-in shower.

Outside, the terrace is equipped with a table and a gas barbecue cleaned daily, as well as an outdoor shower to structure days between the pool and outdoor meals. Reversible air conditioning, wifi and parking complete the comfort of an independent villa.

Available for off-peak season stays only and subject to availability, this villa for 2 people suits a couple seeking an independent setting, between garden privacy and outdoor living by the water.
