2 bedroom villa with a swimming pool in Calvi

Route de Pietramaggiore, in Calvi, this detached villa occupies a planted garden where life unfolds as much outdoors as indoors. The private pool, surrounded by sun loungers, and the terrace equipped with a barbecue form the true summer living room of the house, with an outdoor shower to extend days in the sun.

Inside, the fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room and gives direct access to the terrace, erasing the boundary between meals and outdoor space. The living space, bright, brings together a table, a sitting area with sofas and a television, designed for group evenings.

The 2 bedrooms each have their own bathroom with bathtub or shower, a dressing room and a television, with linen and welcome products provided. Reversible air conditioning and wifi accompany your stay all year round, whatever the season.

With capacity for 4 people, this villa suits a family or two couples seeking an independent foothold in Calvi, with pool and garden for sole horizon.
