3 bedroom villa with a swimming pool in Calvi

In Calvi, in Haute-Corse, this detached villa is part of a small estate surrounded by greenery, away from the bustle of the seafront. The garden around it provides a calm setting, suited to days spent outdoors rather than confined indoors.

The living space, opened wide onto the terrace, combines a seating area, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen in one bright room. You move freely between indoors and outdoors, and meals can be taken either in the shade of the terrace or in the living room.

The 3 bedrooms each have their own bathroom, a dressing room and a television, allowing everyone to enjoy a private and self-contained space. Towels and welcome products are provided in each bathroom, a detail that simplifies settling in on arrival.

The private pool, surrounded by sun loungers, comes with an outdoor shower and a gas barbecue maintained daily, making it easy to organise outdoor meals without constraint. Depending on its location within the estate, the villa overlooks the garden or the surrounding hills.

With a capacity of 8 people spread over 90m2, this villa suits an extended family or a group of friends who want to enjoy a private outdoor space while maintaining independence within a residential estate.
