8 bedroom chalet with ski in ski out access in Tignes

This chalet occupies a dominant position in the Almes district, above Tignes Le Lac, with a south-facing exposure that bathes all levels in light. Its 450m2 unfolds over 4 storeys served by a lift, a vertical organisation conceived as a journey where each level changes in atmosphere and materials.

The ground floor opens onto a complete relaxation space: trembling aspen wood sauna, large format jacuzzi, Italian shower. A games room with a billiard table convertible into a poker table and dartboard completes this floor, along with a television lounge reserved for children and a bespoke ski room equipped with lockers and boot dryers.

The 2 intermediate storeys bring together 8 bedrooms, each designed in a different decorative world, with bathroom equipped with a bath, desk, television and wifi. Six of them have 2 single beds that can be joined and a south-facing balcony, the two master suites offering a double bed in a more intimate configuration.

The top level is revealed beneath exposed timber framing, where the sitting room takes place around a double fireplace, a 77 inch screen and a Devialet sound system. The open kitchen, equipped with three ovens and an American refrigerator, communicates with a dining room set for 16 guests and an aperitif bar set against a wine cellar.

Reception, household linens and cleaning in the middle and end of stay are included in the rental, and a private chef can be brought in on request for breakfasts or bespoke menus. This chalet is suitable for an extended family or a group of friends wishing to bring together several generations around generous living spaces and facilities designed for evenings as well as ski days.
