5 bedroom chalet with a sauna in Saint Martin de Belleville

A few minutes’ drive from the slopes of Saint Martin de Belleville, this chalet benefits from a peaceful setting, at the start of numerous hiking trails and cross-country ski runs. The location suits those seeking tranquillity without moving far from the ski lifts.

From the ground floor, a private garage of generous height and a ski room equipped with boot dryers welcome your return from the slopes. The same level houses a complete wellness area, with sauna, massage room and bathroom, conducive to relaxation after a day in the open air.

The heart of the chalet unfolds on the upper floor around a cathedral-like living room, where two sofas and leather armchairs warm themselves before a fireplace fuelled by supplied wood. The large terrace that extends it accommodates a jacuzzi with views over the mountains, whilst a spacious kitchen opening to the outside and a wine cellar complete this living space. A cinema room equipped with a 5K video projector and Dolby Atmos sound occupies an intermediate level, alongside a laundry room.

Spread over 350m2 across 4 levels, 5 suites are distributed with their own bathroom, some with bath, others with shower, in decoration that blends mountain spirit and contemporary lines. An independent studio with bedroom and living room completes the property.

Designed to accommodate up to 12 people, this chalet lends itself to a stay with extended family or friends, where each person has their own privacy whilst sharing vast communal spaces. Access to concierge services on request, from personal chef to masseuse, allows this relaxation to extend to the smallest details of daily life.
