5 bedroom apartment with a sauna in Méribel

At Méribel, this duplex sits a short walk from the village centre, where shops and restaurants line the streets, and only 200 metres from the slopes. The location allows you to reach the lifts on foot, ski-in ski-out on return, without relying on a shuttle.

The ground floor contains 5 bedrooms, each with its own shower room and direct access to the balcony or terrace for some. A private sauna and ski room equipped with a boot warmer complete this floor, designed so that everyone finds their own space after a day of skiing.

On the upper floor, the cathedral living space opens out around a large communal table and a lounge with a crackling fireplace, wood provided. The semi-open kitchen remains close to the main living area, and the terrace of over 70m2 overlooks the surrounding peaks, ideal for a morning coffee or an evening dinner under the stars.

With 182m2 spread over 2 levels, this newly built property suits an extended family or group of friends gathering for the season, up to 10 people. A stocked bookshelf, smart TVs in each bedroom and private parking complete this comfortable base for shared weeks in the mountains.
