6 bedroom villa with a swimming pool and sea views in Calvi

In Calvi, between sea and maquis, this 700m2 villa opens on to Balagne in a resolutely Corsican atmosphere. The interior spaces, with large windows, let in light and extend naturally towards the terrace and landscaped garden. One senses immediately the mixture of calm and authenticity particular to the region.

The living room and dining room communicate without interruption, forming a vast living space where days pass easily together. The kitchen, generous in size, lends itself to meals prepared with local produce and to extended evenings with guests. The 6 bedrooms, with varied configurations, suit both a large family and a group of friends, with some having a private bathroom.

Outside, life revolves around a 12 by 6 metre swimming pool, surrounded by a pool house suitable for shaded breaks. The jacuzzi, tennis court and barbecue installed under the trees punctuate the sunny days, whilst the sea view accompanies moments of relaxation. In the evening, the fireplace and hi-fi system create a more intimate atmosphere.

Inside, the gym and home cinema allow activities to alternate according to the mood of the day, without ever leaving the property. A member of household staff ensures daily cleaning, leaving occupants free to enjoy the place. This stay suits those seeking, for up to 13 people gathered together, a comfortable setting in which to experience Corsica at their own pace.
