7 bedroom chalet with a sauna in La Clusaz

This chalet sits in the heart of La Clusaz village, in a quiet setting where a small stream runs along the rear facade. Wood dominates throughout, from the exterior cladding to the interior timber frame, giving the whole property the feel of a true mountain house. Two external parking spaces make daily life easier, a real comfort in the village centre during winter.

The upper level concentrates the living space around a vast sitting room beneath exposed timber beams, where a suspended stove warms the seating area and dining corner. The open kitchen is fully equipped and overlooks the main street, whilst the sitting room opens onto the stream side via a balcony. This is where the chalet’s 15 guests naturally gather at the end of the day.

The bedrooms are spread across 3 levels, some facing the stream at the rear of the chalet, others facing the street. The 7 bedrooms feature double or single beds according to needs, and 4 bathrooms or shower rooms, supplemented by several separate toilets, ensure sufficient privacy for everyone despite group living.

The lower level houses a relaxation space with sauna, ideal after a day on the slopes, and a room dedicated to sports and games, including a table tennis table. A ski room with boot warmers and a laundry room complete this floor, accessible from a secondary entrance that is practical for winter equipment.

With a floor area of 221m2 spread across several comfortable levels, this chalet is particularly suited to an extended family or a group of friends on an active mountain holiday, combining days in the open air and evenings around the stove.
