7 bedroom chalet with a swimming pool in La Clusaz

In the Confins valley, this chalet benefits from full south-facing exposure towards the surrounding peaks. The village centre and the Bossonnet slopes are 1.5km away, a shuttle serves access 40m from the door, and Confins lake can be reached in 3.5km for walks and winter outings. The access road is quite steep and requires snow equipment in winter.

The lower ground floor opens onto the indoor swimming pool area, extended by a terrace and direct access to the garden. The main ground floor contains several bedrooms and a TV lounge suitable for evenings, while the first floor brings together under old wooden beams the open kitchen, dining room and a living room organised around a suspended stove. An adjoining covered terrace allows the panorama to be enjoyed in all seasons, and a master bedroom under the eaves occupies the top floor.

The 7 bedrooms are spread across the different levels, most with access to a balcony or terrace and their own bathroom or shower room. Some open directly onto the garden, others onto the balcony facing the mountains, and a family bedroom with 4 single beds is well suited to children. A sauna and hammam complete the wellness space alongside the swimming pool.

Outside, a private garden of 1000m2 has swings and children’s games around a vast terrace, with a garage and four parking spaces available. This chalet of 375m2, which accommodates up to 15 people, suits a family across several generations or a group of friends wanting to enjoy both the mountains and large communal living spaces.
