Seven-bedroom chalet with swimming pool in La Clusaz

Access is by a steep road in winter, which isolates the property from daily life without cutting you off from the village: the village centre and the Bossonnet slopes are 1.5km away, served by a shuttle at 40m. You are between mountain and amenities.

On the first floor, communal life centres around old timber framing. The open kitchen, dining room with large eating area and lounge built around a suspended stove communicate without partitions: the whole group dines and gathers without losing sight of each other, while a covered terrace extends these spaces and captures the panorama. A more secluded TV area on the same level allows younger or tired guests to withdraw.

The ground floor and lower level distribute the bedrooms so each person has their refuge. Three of the double bedrooms open onto a balcony or terrace, with views over the peaks; the family bedroom accommodates 4 single beds, two of which are raised for children. The indoor pool on the lower level is discovered on arrival, with direct access to the private garden of 1000m2 where children play while you relax.

Equipped for complete independence, the chalet has everything for group meals: dishwasher, oven, induction hob, Nespresso, raclette, fondue and plancha. A pool, table tennis, board games and a SONOS audio system structure the evenings. Beds made on arrival, linen provided, end of stay cleaning included. Animals are accepted for a supplement.
