Lac des Confins, 5km away, is suitable for walks in both summer and winter, whilst Annecy railway station and Geneva airport, at 35km and 67km respectively, ensure convenient access.

On the third floor, the entrance leads to a living room facing due south, extended by a balcony where light and mountain views accompany meals and evenings. A decorative fireplace warms the atmosphere of the sitting room, whilst the open kitchen integrates naturally into the living space.
