5 bedroom villa with a swimming pool and sea views in Pinarellu

At Pinarellu, the villa overlooks the bay and its Genoese tower, offering views that extend through every room. The location provides complete peace and quiet, away from activity, with the coastline and surrounding landscape as the only horizons.

The living room, dining room and kitchen open onto the outside through large sliding glass doors that blur the boundary between interior and exterior. One corner of the living room is fully retractable, extending this sense of continuity between the living spaces and the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and leads to a storeroom which contains a refrigerator, freezer, wine cellar and ice machine, as well as a laundry area.

The 15 metre infinity pool is heated and protected by a submerged shutter, and faces the bay and Genoese tower. Around it, large ipé wood terraces accommodate sun loungers and outdoor furniture, ideal for relaxation throughout the day. The landscaped garden blends olive trees, mulberry trees, rosemary and jasmine, and a boules court completes the outdoor areas for shared moments.

An outdoor dining area in the heart of the garden seats up to 12 people around a work surface, water point and Napoleon barbecue. A fitness room equipped with professional equipment is available for those who wish to continue training on site. In July and August, breakfast bread and pastries are delivered each morning.

The villa has 5 suites and 300m2 of living space in total, each with a dressing room, bathroom and separate toilet, with direct access to the terraces and views over the sea or mountains. Each room is named after an emblematic Corsican location, giving each space its own identity. This setting suits a family or group of friends seeking a stay focused on relaxation and outdoor living.
