5 bedroom villa with a swimming pool in Pinarellu

At Pinarellu in South Corsica, this 300m2 villa benefits from a setting where sea and mountain complement each other, a few steps from the village. The location combines the mildness of the coast and the freshness of the surrounding relief, a rare balance that invites alternating between beach days and trips inland.

The main living room unfolds in a large space filled with light, where natural materials dialogue with contemporary aesthetics. The kitchen, open onto this living space, lends itself to shared meals around a large table, in the spirit of Mediterranean gatherings.

The five bedrooms offer each person an intimate space to retreat after a day between beaches and mountains, with refined bathrooms combining bath and shower according to needs. The whole is conceived as a place of rest where comfort accompanies each return to calm.

Outside, the garden and terrace invite al fresco meals and siestas by the pool. A private pontoon opens direct access to the water for spontaneous swims, while an equipped fitness room completes the possibilities for those who enjoy physical activity.

This setting suits a group of 12 people seeking a stay where life is shared between interior conviviality and outdoor pleasures, whether an extended family or friends gathered to enjoy South Corsica together.
