8 bedroom chalet with a swimming pool in Les Houches

In the hamlet of Chavants at Les Houches, a sought-after sector of the valley, a private property combines two residences at the heart of a landscaped garden facing the Mont-Blanc range. Mature trees, lawns and stone paths make up a domain where one can move freely from one space to another, away from the bustle.

The first residence is a traditional farmhouse restored with care, where original wood and stone dialogue with a refined contemporary interior. Generous volumes and carefully designed light give the open living spaces an atmosphere that is both authentic and refined, conceived for shared moments.

Nearby, a smaller chalet offers a resolutely modern architectural style, with large bay windows that blur the boundary between interior and landscape. Its spacious mezzanine can accommodate an additional bed, a useful flexibility for large groups seeking privacy while remaining together on the property.

Between them, the two residences have 8 en suite bedrooms and can accommodate up to 19 people across 480m2 in total. Outside, a wooden hot tub and a barrel sauna invite relaxation after a day in the mountains, while secluded terraces and outdoor dining areas are suited to long summer evenings.

This property is particularly suited to large families or groups of friends wishing to share a common living space without sacrificing their independence, in a sober and well-maintained alpine setting rather than an ostentatious one.
