At Les Houches, this chalet opens directly onto the Kandahar slope, one of the most renowned in the Chamonix valley. Ski-in ski-out access allows you to reach the slopes without detour, in winter and summer since the location remains accessible year-round. The architecture is distinctly singular and stands apart from the traditional chalets of the region.

Inside, a large open living room is organised around a central fireplace, extended by a television lounge also fitted with a Starck-designed chimney. This room opens onto a private terrace with views over the Mont Blanc and Fiz massifs. The fully equipped kitchen completes this living space which occupies a good part of the chalet’s 372m2.

The chalet offers a rare surprise for the mountains: a wellness area designed as a separate space, with sauna, hammam and large shower opening onto its own terrace. An indoor swimming pool adds a counter-current pool and massage jets, with views of the surrounding peaks while swimming.

The bedrooms comprise 4 double bedrooms and one bedroom with 4 adult-sized bunks, designed to accommodate children or teenagers.
