7 bedroom villa with a swimming pool in L'Île-Rousse

At Île-Rousse, in a peaceful setting near Lama, this contemporary single-storey villa extends over 300m2 between Mediterranean softness and the tranquility of the Corsican mountains. The well-maintained garden, its shaded terrace and its swimming pool make up an outdoor space suited to barbecue meals and extended summer evenings.

Inside, the spaces are bright and open. The large living room organised around a fireplace extends into the dining room, while the equipped kitchen opens onto the outside to prepare meals without leaving the garden atmosphere. Each room benefits from good natural light and views over the mountainous landscape that surrounds the property.

The 7 bedrooms, several of which have a private bathroom, preserve each person’s privacy while keeping a warm atmosphere. The sober finishes and choice of materials give a sense of lasting comfort, and a utility room completes the set for simple organisation throughout the stay.

With its capacity of 13 people, this villa suits a multi-generational family gathering or a group of friends wishing to enjoy together a generous outdoor space, between swimming, outdoor meals and views over the Corsican mountains.
